Brief introduction of crusher

This series crusher is mainly used for the large size of oil crops, the oil seeds with shell, and oil cakes.

Main function of crusher

1. To make the oil seeds to be a certain size for easy flaking;

2. To increase the surface area of the oil seeds, which is benificial to the transmitting of temperature and moisture;

3. To crush the oil cakes into small sizes, then easy for solvent extraction.

Requirements of crusher

1. The sizes of the oil seeds should be uniform. For example, the soybean should be 4-6 parts/pc after crushing; the peanut should be 6-8 parts/pc after crushing;

2. No oil out, no conglobation;

3. Fines content should be low. There should be less than 10% which can pass the 20 mesh sieve.
